General News
I am slowly beginning to introduce technology projects into our classroom and curriculum. Lots of fun things in store!
Please empty folders nightly and return to school the next day.
Since the weather is turning COLD, please make sure your child has their winter coat for recess.
Math

We are continuing to practice addition and subtraction facts.
Language Arts
The students are continuing to work hard on their reading. We are learning many new sounds, and they each have several different spellings. This can get to be frustrating for many kids. Continue to practice the decodables sent home, this is a good way for them to get familiar with a sound and its different spellings.
For writing we are using our journals and doing little projects here and there. The students are continuing to work on writing sentences with capital letters and end punctuation.
